Food and Agricultural Code section 46022

(a)

It is unlawful for any person to produce or handle any product sold as organic unless duly registered pursuant to Section 46013.1.

(b)

It is unlawful for any person to willfully make a false statement or representation, or knowingly fail to disclose a fact required to be disclosed, in registration pursuant to Section 46013.1.
