Food and Agricultural Code section 13189.3

On or before December 31, 2026, the director shall adopt regulations to revise Section 6690 to 6692, inclusive, of Title 3 of the California Code of Regulations to additionally apply those provisions to private schools serving pupils in kindergarten or any of grades 1 to 12, inclusive, with an enrollment of six or more pupils.
