Fish and Game Code section 4154

(a)

The department may enter into cooperative contracts with the United States Fish and Wildlife Service in the Department of the Interior for the purpose of controlling or eradicating any nongame mammal, and may expend any money made available to the department for that purpose.

(b)

This section does not apply to bobcats.
