Fish and Game Code section 3467.5

The Nesting Bird Habitat Incentive Program Account is hereby created in the Fish and Game Preservation Fund. Moneys deposited in the Nesting Bird Habitat Incentive Program Account shall be available, upon appropriation by the Legislature, to the department for the purposes of the Nesting Bird Habitat Incentive Program (Article 9 (commencing with Section 3480)).
