Financial Code section 161

“Constituent corporation,” when used with respect to a corporation:

(a)

In the case of a merger, has the meaning set forth in Section 161 of the Corporations Code.

(b)

In the case of a consolidation, means a corporation that is consolidated with one or more other corporations.
