Elections Code section 7600

The state central committee shall consist of all of the following persons:

(a)

All delegates to the state convention.

(b)

The chairperson of each county central committee of the party.

(c)

Members appointed pursuant to this part.

(d)

Any person nominated to fill a vacancy in a partisan office in a special election.
