Elections Code section 21590

As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)

“Board” means the Board of Supervisors of the County of Sacramento.

(b)

“Commission” means the Citizens Redistricting Commission in the County of Sacramento established pursuant to Section 21592.

(c)

“Immediate family member” means a spouse, child, in-law, parent, or sibling.
