Elections Code section 21580

As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)

“Board” means the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange.

(b)

“Commission” means the Citizens Redistricting Commission in the County of Orange established pursuant to Section 21582.

(c)

“Immediate family member” means a spouse, child, in-law, parent, or sibling.
