Elections Code section 21570

As used in this chapter, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a)

“Board” means the Board of Supervisors of the County of Kern.

(b)

“Commission” means the Citizens Redistricting Commission in the County of Kern established pursuant to Section 21572.

(c)

“Immediate family member” means a spouse, child, in-law, parent, or sibling.
