Elections Code section 15670

This article applies only to:

(a)

Candidates for delegates to a national convention for the nomination of party candidates for President and Vice President of the United States.

(b)

Candidates for nomination at the direct primary to offices other than nonpartisan offices or voter-nominated offices.
