Education Code section 90041

Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 90013, 90040, and 90048, the rate of interest which bonds or notes may bear and the yield resulting to the purchaser thereof may exceed the maximum rates specified in said sections to the extent of any debt service grant applicable to such interest which the United States of America has agreed, pursuant to any federal statute, to pay with respect to the bonds or notes.
