Education Code section 89452

(a)

The trustees, the Department of General Services, the Department of Finance, and the City of Stockton shall prepare a long-term feasibility study regarding the reuse of the site. The study shall include consideration of the state resources necessary to develop the site in the future. The study shall be completed by September 1, 2000.
