Education Code section 89333

The Trustees of the California State University shall adopt regulations for the effective administration of this article. The Trustees of the California State University shall phase in programs under this article over not less than a three-year period commencing January 1, 1980, except that existing programs may be continued as programs under this article on and after its effective date.
