Education Code section 88781

For purposes of this part, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

(a)

“Chancellor’s office” means the office of the Chancellor of the California Community Colleges.

(b)

“Program” means the California Career Passport Program established pursuant to this part.
