Education Code section 87420

All employments made under Section 87405 to 87451, inclusive, Section 87454 to 87462, inclusive, Section 87464, Section 87468 to 87480, inclusive, or Section 87600 to 87626, inclusive, shall be subordinate to the right of the Legislature to amend or repeal Section 87405 to 87451, inclusive, Section 87454 to 87462, inclusive, Section 87464, Section 87468 to 87480, inclusive, Section 87600 to 87626 inclusive, or any provision or provisions thereof at any time, and nothing herein contained shall be construed to confer upon any person employed pursuant to the provisions hereof a contract that will be impaired by the amendment or repeal of Section 87405 to 87451, inclusive, Section 87454 to 87462, inclusive, Section 87464, Section 87468 to 87480, inclusive, and Section 87600 to 87626, inclusive, or of any provision or provisions thereof.
