Education Code section 79510

As used in this article, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

(a)

“AANHPI” means Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander.

(b)

“Community college” means a college of the California Community College system.

(c)

“Program” means the AANHPI Student Achievement Program established pursuant to this article.
