Education Code section 69876

(a)

In addition to its authority under existing state law, the Office of Cradle-to-Career Data may carry out its duties under the Workforce Pell Grant program.

(b)

The Office of Cradle-to-Career Data shall provide the data necessary to carry out its duties under this article to either the participating institutions or the commission, consistent with applicable federal and state laws concerning access to and confidentiality of student record information, to implement the Workforce Pell Grant program. Student level data shall be deidentified to protect student privacy.
