Education Code section 47616.7

The evaluation provided for in Section 47616.5 shall include an analysis of the funding system for charter schools that offer nonclassroom-based instruction. The evaluation shall also examine the effectiveness of the State Board of Education’s process, as provided for in Section 47612.5 and 47634.2, for approving funding for charter schools offering nonclassroom-based instruction.
