Education Code section 41917

The governing board of any school district shall be entitled to reimbursement for driver training provided by approved private driver training schools pursuant to this article in the amount authorized pursuant to Section 41900, upon certifying to the Superintendent of Public Instruction the number of pupils for whom automobile driver training instruction lessons was provided pursuant to Section 41913 to 41919, inclusive.
