Education Code section 41203

Any calculation of the monies to be applied by the state for the support of school districts and community college districts, pursuant to subdivision (b) of Section 8 of Article XVI of the California Constitution, shall be made as a single, aggregate calculation for the school districts serving kindergarten and grades 1 to 12, inclusive, for the community college districts, and for the direct elementary and secondary level instructional services provided by the State of California.
