Education Code section 37693

(a)

A Concept 6 program may not be operated after July 1, 2012, or such earlier date as may be prescribed by the Legislature pursuant to Section 37692.

(b)

Although the Concept 6 program is authorized until July 1, 2012, it is the intent of the Legislature that all school districts eliminate the Concept 6 program as soon as practicable.
