Education Code section 35029.1

Notwithstanding Section 35029, a local governing board shall not hire an individual for the position of chief administrative officer of the school district under its jurisdiction whose credential has been revoked by the Commission on Teacher Credentialing pursuant to Section 44421 to 44427, inclusive.
