Education Code section 22958

(a)

Any action or proceeding challenging the validity of any matter authorized by the act adding this section by any person or entity shall be brought in accordance with, and within the time specified in, Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 860) of Title 10 of Part 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

(b)

This section provides the authorization for all entities referenced in the act adding this section as required by Section 860 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

(c)

Any action initiated pursuant to this section shall be brought in the Superior Court of the County of Sacramento.
