Education Code section 22106.1

For the purposes of determining supplemental benefits pursuant to Section 24412 and 24415, except as provided under Section 24410, “base allowance” means a monthly allowance under the Defined Benefit Program prior to all allowance increases by this part and after modification for an option, if applicable.
