Education Code section 16164

Whenever, subsequent to the date on which a conditional apportionment becomes final, any territory is withdrawn from a non-state-aided district and annexed to the state-aided district, the assessed valuation in the territory so annexed shall be included with the valuation of the state-aided district for the purposes of making the computations provided by Section 16070 to 16075, inclusive.
