Education Code section 10875

(a)

The data providers shall, and the University of California is requested to, enter into memoranda of understanding for data sharing purposes, as necessary, for the implementation of this chapter.

(b)

A signatory to the participation agreement meets the requirements of this section.

(c)

This section does not impose a requirement that differs from the requirement contained in former Section 10858, as it read on January 1, 2024.
