(a)
In determining the licensed capacity of a specialized foster family home, a specialized certified family home, or specialized resource family, the department or county shall consider all adoptive, biological, and foster children, and children in guardianship living in the home, in order not to exceed a total of six children living in the home.(b)
The Legislature finds and declares that this section is declaratory of existing law.
