CA Water Code Section 78655

(a)

(1)There is hereby created in the account the Feasibility Projects Subaccount.

(2)

For the purposes of this article, “subaccount” means the Feasibility Projects Subaccount created by paragraph (1).

(b)

The sum of ten million dollars ($10,000,000) is hereby transferred from the account to the subaccount for the purpose of implementing this article.
