(a)
The state board shall establish a fee in an amount sufficient to recover its costs in reviewing, processing, and enforcing “no exposure” certifications issued to facilities that apply for those certifications in accordance with a general industrial stormwater permit.(b)
Revenue generated pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the Waste Discharge Permit Fund.
