CA Water Code Section 13208

(a)

No regional board executive officer may make, participate in making, or use his or her official position to influence, any decision of the regional board, or made on behalf of the regional board, affecting any person or entity subject to waste discharge requirements under this division if the regional board executive officer has received, during the previous two years, 10 percent or more of his or her income from that person or entity.

(b)

“Income,” for purposes of this section, has the same meaning as in Section 82030 of the Government Code.
