“San Bernardino Associated Governments” means the joint powers agency established pursuant to Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 6500) of Division 7 of Title 1 of the Government Code. Any board, commission, department, or officer succeeding to the functions of the association is granted the powers and duties of the association under this division.
