CA Pub Res Code Section 10262.2

An agricultural conservation easement may provide for either or both of the following:

(a)

Construction and use of additional residences for the immediate family members, as defined in subdivision (c) of Section 51230.1 of the Government Code, of the landowner.

(b)

Construction and use of structures on the subject land for the purpose of providing necessary housing for seasonal or full-time employees of the agricultural operation.
