CA Penal Code Section 13812

(a)

The Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention appointed by the Governor pursuant to federal law may be reimbursed by the agency or agencies designated by the Director of Finance pursuant to Section 13820 for expenses necessarily incurred by the members. Staff support for the committee will be provided by the agency or agencies designated by the Director of Finance pursuant to Section 13820.

(b)

This section shall become operative January 1, 2012.
