If, either upon an exception to the challenge or a denial of the facts, the challenge is allowed, the Court must discharge the jury so far as the trial in question is concerned. If it is disallowed, the Court must direct the jury to be impaneled.
The legislature occasionally skips outline levels.

(4)(a) A person petitioning for relief [...]
In this example, (3), (4),
and (4)(a) are all outline levels, but
(4) was
omitted by its authors. It's only implied. This presents an
interesting challenge when laying out the text. We've
