CA Health & Safety Code Section 40752

The air pollution control officer shall observe and enforce all of the following:

(a)

This part and Part 4 (commencing with Section 41500).

(b)

All orders, regulations, and rules prescribed by the district board.

(c)

All variances and standards which the district hearing board has prescribed.

(d)

All permit conditions imposed pursuant to Sections 42301 and 42301.10.
