CA Health & Safety Code Section 25390

For purposes of this article, the following definitions shall apply:

(a)

“Fund” means the Orphan Share Reimbursement Trust Fund established pursuant to Section 25390.3.

(b)

“Orphan share” means the share of liability for the costs of response action that is attributable to the activities of persons who are defunct or insolvent, as determined pursuant to Section 25390.5.
