“Model code” means any building code drafted by private organizations or otherwise, and shall include, but not be limited to, the latest edition of the following:
(a)
The Uniform Building Code of the International Conference of Building Officials.
(b)
The Uniform Plumbing Code of the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials.
(c)
The Uniform Mechanical Code of the International Conference of Building Officials and the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials.
(d)
The National Electrical Code of the National Fire Protection Association.
(e)
The Uniform Fire Code of the International Conference of Building Officials and the Western Fire Chiefs Association, Inc.
(f)
Appendix Chapter 1 of the Uniform Code for Building Conservation of the International Conference of Building Officials.
