Health and Safety Code section 1596.873

The Early Childhood Policy Council established pursuant to Section 10320 of the Welfare and Institutions Code shall perform all of the following functions with regard to this act:

(a)

Assist the department in developing and reviewing guidelines for the administration of this act.

(b)

Review the implementation of this act.

(c)

Advise the director regarding regulations, policy, and administrative practices pertaining to the licensing of child daycare facilities.
