Health and Safety Code section 1596.843

(a)

Whenever a facility visit and a complaint investigation are conducted at the same time by the department, a separate licensing report shall be used to document the complaint investigation.

(b)

The department shall review a random sample of licensing reports to evaluate the consistency of the application of regulations by different licensing program analysts.
