CA Health & Safety Code Section 1374.36


(a)

The director shall submit to the Legislature by March 1, 2002, a report on the initial implementation of this article. The report shall include a description of assessments imposed on plans to implement this article, increased staffing and other resources attributable to these new responsibilities, and any redirection of existing staff and resources to carry out these responsibilities. A single copy of the report shall be made available at no cost to members of the public upon request. The department may recover the cost of additional copies that are requested.

(b)

This section shall become operative on January 1, 2001, and then only if Assembly Bill 55 of the 1999–2000 Regular Session is enacted.
