CA Health & Safety Code Section 130250.1

(a)

This division shall be known, and may be cited, as the California Health Information Technology Act.

(b)

Any duties under the act are subject to the availability of sufficient funding to carry out the duties. The provisions of this act shall only be implemented to the extent permitted by federal law.
