CA Educ Code Section 24619

The system shall annually report to the board the following information:

(a)

The amount of underpayment made to recipients under this part.

(b)

The amount to be recovered because of overpayments and the number of overpayments under this part.

(c)

The actions taken by the board and the system to reduce the number and amount of overpayments and underpayments under this part.
