CA Bus & Prof Code Section 4973

(a)

A fee for the inspection or reinspection of a school or college of acupuncture for purposes of approval or continued approval shall be charged at an amount to recover the direct costs incurred by the board in conducting that inspection and evaluation of the school or college.

(b)

This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2017, and as of that date is repealed, unless a later enacted statute, that is enacted before January 1, 2017, deletes or extends that date.
