CA Bus & Prof Code Section 19336

(a)

Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 55121) of Part 30 of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code shall apply with respect to the bureau’s collection of the fees, civil fines, and penalties imposed pursuant to this chapter.

(b)

Chapter 8 (commencing with Section 55381) of Part 30 of Division 2 of the Revenue and Taxation Code shall apply with respect to the disclosure of information under this chapter.
