Business and Professions Code section 9874.5

(a)

All moneys in the Electronic and Appliance Repair Fund shall be transferred to the Household Goods and Services Fund by July 1, 2026. On July 1, 2026, the Electronic and Appliance Repair Fund shall be abolished.

(b)

This section shall remain in effect only until December 31, 2026, and as of that date is repealed.
