Business and Professions Code section 8616.4

The Director of Pesticide Regulation shall designate county agricultural commissioners as his or her representatives to carry out the provisions of Section 8616.5, 8616.7, and 8617. The Director of Pesticide Regulation shall enter into a contract specifying their responsibilities and providing for reimbursement in accordance with Section 8505.17.
