Business and Professions Code section 6010

(a)

The State Bar is governed by a board known as the board of trustees of the State Bar. The board has the powers and duties conferred by this chapter.

(b)

As used in this chapter or any other provision of law, “board of governors” shall be deemed to refer to the board of trustees.
