Business and Professions Code section 4542

(a)

It is unlawful for any person willfully to make any false representation or impersonate any other person in connection with any examination or application for a license.

(b)

It is unlawful for any person to permit or aid any other person in any manner to impersonate that person in connection with any examination or application for a license.
