Business and Professions Code section 26225.3

The bylaws may prescribe the following:

(a)

The right of members or stockholders to vote by proxy or by mail or both, and the conditions, manner, form, and effects of those votes.

(b)

The right of members or stockholders to cumulate their votes and the prohibition, if any, of cumulative voting.
