Business and Professions Code section 26010

(a)

There is in the Business and Consumer Services Agency, the Department of Cannabis Control under the supervision and control of a director. The director shall administer and enforce the provisions of this division related to the department.

(b)

The amendments made to this section by the act adding this subdivision shall become operative on July 1, 2026.
